Don't want to complain but it falls short of great.
We had regular maintenance completed at the dealership, and all was done well and quickly. THEN the alternator went and the vehicle was back in, 3 days before leaving for our grandson's wedding. Wes worked with our extended warranty company and got things moving in hours, not 24-48 hours that said it would take. The work again was done well. Wes was a pleasure to work with, and we thank him!!

Got an oil change, tire rotation and balance, and bought the three package deal. The only complaint is my car wasn’t washed which I believe is part of the package deal. Besides this, everything was great! Customer service was great!

We made an appointment for our 5,000 mile check up. I did not like the computer generated system that took me approximately 5 minutes to get to a person. Other than that, the appointment went smoothly. We have a leased vehicle so there was no cost involved
We were Eastbound on I-80 traveling home to Des Moines and needed a tire rotation; we were easily able to schedule service online. The service team was friendly and completed service promptly!
By far the best dealership service department I’ve ever dealt with. Very kind and courteous staff especially Jordan. He was ready and prepared for me before I showed up making the handoff seamless. They sure do make Toyota look good and every other service department subpar.
